ALAMEDA, Calif., Dec. 08, 2017 -- Aqua Metals, Inc. (Nasdaq:AQMS), (“Aqua Metals or the “Company”), which is proceeding to commercialize its proprietary electrochemical lead recycling technology called AquaRefining™, today announced that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 7,150,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.10 per share. Aqua Metals expects the gross proceeds from this offering to be $15,015,000, before deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses. Aqua Metals has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,072,500 additional shares of common stock. Aqua Metals expects to close the offering, subject to customary conditions, on or about December 12, 2017.
Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
