Animoca Brands Corporation Ltd. partnered with Tiger Research to enhance Web3's footprint in South Korea, formalizing their alliance with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to pioneer the next phase of the internet.
Animoca Brands and Tiger Research’s strategic partnership marks the establishment of an entity where the associates aim to boost their business and marketing push in cooperation with Korean Web3 groups. Through this venture, Animoca Brands is also looking to strengthen its standing and power in the Web3 sector in South Korea.
As per CoinTrust, the Hong Kong-based game software company and the Asian Web3-focused research and GTM (Go-To-Market) advisory firm venture capital firm also agreed to explore different projects they can possibly work on together. They will look into prospects aligning with their shared objective of beefing up their respective marketing and business development in the region.
By using Tiger Research’s large-scale network and deep understanding of the industry, the partners expect a successful expansion of their presence in the Web3 space. For Animoca Brands, this collaboration may amplify and nurture its brand’s influence within the fast-evolving new iteration of the World Wide Web.
"Teaming up with Tiger Research is a timely move for Animoca Brands and as we delve deeper into various fields such as digital entertainment and education, the value of insights from research-centric initiatives cannot be overstated,” the co-founder and executive chairman of Animoca Brands, Yat Siu, said in a press release. “This alliance will strengthen our foothold in South Korea and also place even greater emphasis on innovation and research in Web3 and the open metaverse."
