Apart from their divorce, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s legal battle over the custody of their children continues. But reports claim that the court is set to hold another hearing next week, where long-term arrangements on the matter might be laid out as well.

Prior to next week’s custody hearing, the court reportedly ordered Jolie to give Pitt more time with their kids. The Blast obtained documents that specified Pitt’s visitation rights which reportedly gave Mr. Smith more time with the kids compared to what Mrs. Smith purportedly preferred.

According to the report, the court ordered that Pitt should get a minimum of “four hours every other day on school days and twelve hours every other day on non-school days.” Since their children were reportedly with Jolie most of the time — bringing them wherever she needed to be for filming her projects — the “Maleficent” actress was obliged to fly back to Los Angeles from London with the children on July 11.

The specified visitation times for Pitt with the children were reportedly the status quo until the court decides the long-term arrangement of custody. The same report also cited that their next hearing is set for Aug. 21.

The “review hearing” happening on Tuesday is supposed to give the ex-couple “further interim orders.” Whatever arrangement the court decides on next week should be followed by Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt until the custody battle is fully evaluated and a final ruling is set.

This is the latest reported development since the court purportedly sent a notice to Jolie’s camp. The said notice purportedly warned Jolie of possibly getting reduced physical custody rights at the moment if the kids “remain closed down to their father.”

Reports have it that the court ordered Jolie to not hinder Pitt’s communication with the children. Jolie was also reminded that she must not supervise Pitt’s text or phone call conversations with any of their children.

Jolie’s rep responded to the leaked court notice in a statement to TMZ. While the existence of such document was not denied, her spokesperson said, “This misleading leak is not in the best interests of the children.” The actress’ camp added that what was reported was based on “selective portions of the confidential and sealed court record to create an inaccurate and unfair picture of what is really happening."

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have six children together: Maddox Chivan, Pax Thien, Zahara Marley, Shiloh Nouvel, and twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon. Meanwhile, a report recently claimed that Jolie is hoping to adopt her seventh child, but the actress is yet to confirm this claim.
