SACRAMENTO, Calif., April 20, 2017 -- American River Bankshares (NASDAQ:AMRB) today announced its second quarter cash dividend of $0.05 cents per share payable on May 17, 2017 to shareholders of record on May 3, 2017.
The cash dividend is equal to the $0.05 cents declared in the first quarter of 2017 and represents the second cash dividend since the quarterly program was reinstated in January of 2017.
