FREMONT, Calif., Dec. 21, 2017 -- Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ:AEHR), a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in equipment, today announced that it will report financial results for its second quarter of fiscal 2018 ended November 30, 2017 on Thursday, January 4, 2018 following the close of the market. The Company will host a conference call and webcast at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time to discuss the results.
