(Nasdaq:ADMS) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $23.00 per share. Adamas also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to acquire an additional 375,000 shares from Adamas. The offering is expected to close on January 12, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
Cowen and Company, LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as book-running managers for the proposed offering, with William Blair & Company, L.L.C., JMP Securities LLC and Trout Capital LLC acting as co-managers.
A shelf registration statement relating to the shares was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 18, 2015 and became effective on June 1, 2015.
