In the newly created vice president of account management position, Parmett’s primary focus will be ensuring that 3Gtms’ core objective, superior customer service, is upheld and that customer challenges are effectively met with 3Gtms’ flexible TMS solution. He brings more than 20 years of supply chain execution software experience, most recently as vice president of global account management at IQNavigator and before that as leader of the account management team at Manhattan Associates.
As director of sales, Fiaoni has more than 25 years of experience in software sales and pre-sales, transportation operations, consulting and TMS implementations. Prior to 3Gtms, he was a senior sales executive at Stibo Systems, and has held several positions at Oracle, G-Log, i2, ITLS and CP Rail.
