독일 주거용 부동산 가격이 2분기에도 하락세를 이어갔으며, 전년 동기 대비 평균 2.6% 하락했다고 금요일 연방 통계청 데이터가 밝혔다. 그러나 일부 안정화 조짐도 보이고 있다.
최근 몇 분기 동안 연간 하락폭은 점차 둔화되었으며, 올해 2분기에는 전 분기 대비 1.3% 상승해 2022년 이후 처음으로 분기별 상승을 기록했다.
수년간 독일과 유럽의 부동산 시장은 낮은 금리와 강한 수요에 힘입어 호황을 누렸다.
그러나 금리와 비용의 급등이 이 호황에 종지부를 찍었고, 은행 자금 조달이 중단되고 거래가 얼어붙으면서 개발업체들이 파산 위기에 처하게 되었다.
