I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality Management at Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama, USA. I hold a doctorate in Business Administration from Washington State University, a masters in Hospitality and Tourism Management from University of Massachusetts Amherst and a bachelors in Finance from Louisiana State University. My primary research interest relates to sustainability in hospitality and tourism, wine consumer behavior, and medical tourism. Alongside 30 research papers in peer-reviewed academic journals and 50 conference proceedings, I have published a textbook titled, "Introduction to Hospitality Management" under John Wiley and Sons. I have more than 3 years experience working for hotels and restaurants.
