PhD Candidate, University of Canberra
Mrs Amanda Bulman is a PhD student in the Discipline of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Canberra (UC). Amanda is also the Senior Technical Coordinator for the School of Rehabilitation and Exercise Sciences and the Technical Officer for the Anatomy & Physiology Facility in the Faculty of Health at UC. Since completing her Bachelor of Science (Honours), Amanda has worked in a variety of technical roles in both research and industry in the areas of infertility, Type 2 diabetes and obesity, and commercial biodiesel production.
Amanda’s PhD focuses on functional beverage development for reducing stress and anxiety and improving the quality of sleep.
