Jen is a Pre-doctoral researcher at Glasgow Caledonian University. Located in the Women in Scotland's Economy WiSE Research Centre, where she is researching the impact of a Citizen's Basic Income on the lives of women from Black and Ethnic Minorities and women with disabilities.
She has an MSc in Research Methods from GCU and is a member of the Scottish Women's Budget Group which contributes to Scottish and UK government and analyzes economic impacts of budget decisions on the lives of women in Scotland.
