Sarah Webber

Associate Professor of Accounting, University of Dayton
Professor Sarah Webber’s research primarily focuses on nonprofit fraud, whistleblowing, and accounting for small and medium size practices (SMPs). At the University of Dayton School of Business Administration, Professor Webber teaches courses in federal income taxation, taxes and business strategies, and law for accountants. She also serves as the faculty coordinator for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.

Prior to entering academia, Professor Webber worked in both law and accounting firms specializing in taxation and corporate law. She graduated from The Ohio State University Mortiz College of Law, where she served as the president of the Business Law Society and participated on the Entrepreneurial Law Journal staff. She also has an LLM in Taxation from Capital University as well as her BS and MBA from the University of Dayton.
