‘Timeless’ season 1’s episode 14, titled “The Lost Generation," is set to feature Wyatt as he struggles to cope with the consequences of reckless time travel. Meanwhile, Lucy and Rufus attempt to keep history intact with the help of Ernest Hemingway.
The synopsis for “The Lost Generation” posted on TV Guide reads, “Lucy (Abigail Spencer) struggles with her newfound identity as Flynn (Goran Visnjic) vanishes to 1927 France on the day that Charles Lindbergh (guest star Jesse Luken) completes his transatlantic flight.
Rufus (Malcolm Barrett), Lucy and their new soldier race through Paris with a young Ernest Hemingway (guest star Brandon Barash) to keep history intact. Also: A despondent Wyatt (Matt Lanter) receives a visit from Agent Christopher (Sakina Jaffrey).”
Drama continues to hound the time travel team even after they have been forced to separate. In the previous episode, titled "Karma Chameleon," Wyatt and his allies attempted to stop his wife Jessica’s murder as they stole the Lifeboat to travel to 1983 Ohio. They tried to prevent the killer from being conceived by attempting to stop a one-night stand between the killer’s parents, a bartender and a stewardess.
Wyatt risked both his wife and career by embarking on the difficult mission only to cause the death of the wrong man by accident. According to the recap by Vulture, Wyatt chased the bartender out in a tornado causing the man to trip on debris and die.
On Wyatt and Rufus’ return to the present time, they realize that Jessica was still killed. Wyatt was then taken into custody. The incoming episode will follow Wyatt receiving a visit from Agent Christopher in his miserable state.
Meanwhile, Lucy and Rufus will attempt to save history by teaming up with a young reporter by the name of Ernest Hemingway as Flynn disappears to France in 1927.
‘Timeless’ season 1’s episode 14, titled “The Lost Generation," is scheduled to air on February 6, 2017 on NBC. It will be followed by episode 15, titled "Public Enemy No. 1," scheduled for February 13.
