Disney Plus premiered The Mandalorian a few weeks back, with the second episode introducing characters to baby Yoda. However, it seems like the release date for episode three of The Mandalorian has yet to be revealed.
Unlike Netflix, which mostly releases the entire seasons of its shows all at once, Disney Plus is taking a different approach by releasing episodes of this Star Wars series a week at a time. At least it seems that way to many of its fans and watchers. This is because there appears to be no set date as to when the third installment will be revealed, but many have speculated that the third episode will air next week on the 22nd of November.
As to how speculations arrived at that date, it all comes down to looking at the dates that the previous episodes aired. Episode one coincided with the launch of the service, airing on a Tuesday, 12th November. Episode two aired last Friday, so it is safe to say that the third episode will also air on a Friday on countries that have access to Disney Plus, at least.
When it comes to what time the new episode will air, there is a big chance that it will not be released at midnight. Following the time the previous episode was released, which was at 3 a.m. EST, it seems likely that episode three will air around the same time or maybe even later at 9 a.m. EST or 6 a.m. PST. Alternatively, the fans can opt to check out the official twitter account of The Mandalorian, and like this tweet, to be notified of when each new episode will air on the streaming service.
With all of this in mind, fans can expect a similar schedule for the next three episodes, airing Fridays with no set time. The seventh episode of this eight-part series will be airing on Wednesday, 18th December, instead of it being on Friday, 20th December, perhaps putting the show on a little Christmas break before the finale, which will air on the 27th December.
The schedule seems to be inconsistent, but given how many people have experienced errors in the streaming service, it is likely fans will not be able to watch the third episode right away.
