“The 100” season 6 will definitely be set on a new planet as the survivors escaped from the chaotic Earth. They were saved and the next thing that fans would like to know is what kind of planet they landed on since they cannot go back to where they came from.

Everyone is already aware that “The 100” season 6 will show Bellamy Blake (Bob Morley) and Clarke Griffin (Eliza Taylor) taking the leader roles as they were the first to be woken up after being put to cryo-sleep for more than a century. Monty and Harper are not around anymore and were replaced by their 27-year-old son, Jordan, as per TV Line.

Now, what is next for them after waking up? Will they immediately open their eyes to the view of their new planet? What will they see there?

Due to curiosity, fans started to discuss the possibilities of where Clake and the gang landed. There were many guesses and some say the planet is already inhabited and more advanced while others think there is life but they will have to start from scratch as there is nothing there yet but forests and alien-looking animal species.

While the discussion among fans continues, showrunner Jason Rothenberg stepped in to confirm that there will at least be life in the new planet. Via IGN, he said, “In terms of what kind of life forms they discover on this planet, there is definitely life on that planet.”

Most recently, Rothenberg also gave fans a glimpse of how the new world exactly looks like and it is awesome. On Twitter, he posted photos of a beach and mountains and the place surely looks like another Earth.

Meanwhile, “The 100” season 6 will feature a new cast member and it was revealed to be “Teen Wolf” alum JR Bourne. According to Entertainment Weekly, he was enlisted to play Russel, a charismatic leader and visionary.
