‘Teen Wolf’ season 6’s episode 8, titled "Blitzkrieg,” will feature a daring rescue mission for Stiles initiated by Scott, Lydia, and Malia as they plan to storm the Wild Hunt rift that would take them to the train station.
The brief synopsis for episode 8 posted on TV Guide reads, “Scott (Tyler Posey), Lydia (Holland Roden) and Malia (Shelley Hennig) decide to storm the rift in an attempt to get Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) back; and Liam (Dylan Sprayberry), Hayden (Victoria Moroles) and Mason (Khylin Rhambo) make a deal with Theo (Cody Christian) in order to learn Douglas's (Pete Ploszek) real plan.”
It seems that Scott, Lydia, and Malia will become more adamant in carrying out a dangerous rescue plan for Stiles following his sudden disappearance in the previous episodes. It would be interesting to see how their plan to storm the Wild Hunt rift would culminate in a daring rescue mission to get their friend back. Perhaps a welcome reunion between Stiles and his pack will finally take place before the season ends.
Meanwhile, Mason, Liam, and Hayden will be forced to make a deal with Theo despite the obvious consequences since Theo has major information on Mr. Douglas that he refuses to give away freely. Liam will have to give in to terms and conditions set by Theo.
The incoming episode may reveal Mr. Douglas' true intentions and will also feature Sheriff Stilinski’s (Linden Ashby) realization of the possibility of Stiles’ existence.
In the promo for “Blitzkrieg,” Stiles’ father seems to be coming around and is finally realizing that he did have a son who existed at some point in time. According to Cartermatt, there may be hope for Stiles as friends and family began to recover memories of him before he was taken.
‘Teen Wolf’ season 6’s episode 8, titled "Blitzkrieg,” is scheduled to air on MTV on January 17, 2017. It will be followed by episode 9, titled "Memory Found," scheduled for January 24.
