“Sword Art Online: Alicization” episode 19 is going to be a very exciting installment as it is most likely the beginning of Alice regaining her memories. But it also means he has to suffer the pain brought by the breaking of the Seal on her right eye.
Kirito and Alice are still taking a rest before they continue climbing up the tower. Though Alice is still skeptical about Kirito's claims, she at least agreed to listen to him in “Sword Art Online: Alicization” episode 19.

The latest episode was a recap (filler) installment presented as part of Kirito and Alice's catching up moment. So “Sword Art Online: Alicization” episode 19 will most likely give an update on where Eugeo is.
It can be recalled that he was snatched by Chudelkin in episode 18. While Kirito and Alice are still making their way up to the 95th floor, Eugeo is apparently brought to the highest floor in “Sword Art Online: Alicization” episode 19 where the Administrator is supposed to be.
