HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL, Jan. 31, 2018 --
Wellness Center USA, Inc. (OTCQB: WCUI), today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, StealthCo, Inc., dba Stealth Mark, at the request of Homeland Security Investigations, has met with several divisions within the agency for exploratory conversation surrounding its ActiveDuty Technology.
Anchored in Stealth Mark’s published report, Mindshare Mapping Report on Child Sexual Exploitation, with a focus on Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking, which sparked interest with members from both sides of Congress, the meeting explored the technology’s latent potential to be not only of service to the Child Exploitation Unit but identified other possible paths of services for the attending divisions with resources that they currently do not possess.
While the complete nature of the conversation is classified, the goal is to arm agents with an arsenal of tools along with real-time information that can lead to pro-active strategies and focused tactical intelligence.
The business world is just beginning the discussion about the convergence of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, giving industry the new buzz idea of ‘Big Data Intelligence’. In reality, this simply means that companies are just beginning to automate basic analytics and number crunching. It is still in essence, the “sorting” of data. The ActiveDuty® System uses global monitoring to move from simply sorting to real comprehension, gaining strategic intelligence and tactical advantage.
Lee Anne Patterson, VP of Sales and Marketing explains, “Stealth Mark’s ActiveDuty™ technology has excellent potential to advance the efforts against sex and human trafficking, as well as other serious criminal activities, and we are very grateful for the time and interest shown by Homeland Security Investigations.” She continued, “the world is constantly changing, and criminal activity is consistently altering as well. It’s time to stop generating reactive intelligence and be pro-active, which is our mission, arming those that are on the front lines of the fight.”
Stealth Mark’s Anti-Criminal Digital Threat Assessment System or ActiveDuty is comprised of proprietary algorithmic architecture that creates the first systemic reporting mechanism to deliver strategic and tactical results supported by an intense worldwide analysis of patterns of human behavior. Up until now, there has not existed a unified system that could actively measure this lifecycle that is a collection of discreet and seemingly random behaviors of criminals anywhere within the digital domain.
About the ActiveDuty System™.
To better understand the ActiveDuty System™ capabilities ….imagine leveraging the domain knowledge of a large team of dedicated subject-expert analysts who are able to digest and contextualize any and all research materials associated with the focal area. Then add the skills of an international social media research group that has access to all consumer-generated posts in any language across the full spectrum of shared digital communities (Bulletin Board System (BBS) to discussion groups to tweets). Layer in a global network of news analysts who specialize in understanding how the history of a news event impacts the trajectory of current and future news events along with a team of anthropologists and behavioral economists to outline definable patterns of human behaviors from across the spectrum of research, social media and news data - historically, currently and predictively. Then combine all of these empowering attributes into a proprietary, repeatable protocol utilizing machine learning (AI), computational linguistics and mathematical epidemiology ....this is the power of the ActiveDuty System™.
