SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 23, 2017 -- Star Buffet, Inc. (STRZ.PK), a multi-concept restaurant operator, announced today the acquisition of The Rancher’s Grill steakhouse in Deming, New Mexico. The restaurant will be integrated into the Company’s StarTexas Restaurants, Inc. subsidiary.
Commenting on the announcement, Robert E. Wheaton, Star Buffet’s President stated, “This transaction is consistent with the Company’s strategy of growing our business through the acquisition of well-managed, regionally-based restaurant operators.
