DURHAM, N.C., Aug. 02, 2017 -- SolarWinds MSP, a global leader in delivering comprehensive, scalable IT service management solutions to IT solution providers and MSPs, today announced it has earned top honors in the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) category in the 2017 Readers’ Choice Awards, presented by ChannelPro® SMB. The accolade places the company in an elite group of vendors earning gold awards in the annual survey.
SolarWinds MSP was also recognized with a silver award in the RMM/Professional Service Automation (PSA) category. The complete list of winners is now available online on the ChannelPro Network website.
Readers of ChannelPro SMB were invited to participate in the IT channel’s only SMB-focused Readers’ Choice Awards by casting their votes for the vendors, distributors, and professional organizations with the most SMB and partner friendly solutions, services, or programs in the channel today, via the publication’s website. For each of the 50+ categories, readers were asked to select the option that best satisfies the unique business requirements, work styles, and budgets of their small and midsize business clients, as well as those that best serve their own partner organizations.
“This recognition—coming directly from ChannelPro SMB’s readership and the partner community—has tremendous significance for our team on many levels,” said John Pagliuca, SolarWinds MSP general manager. “Both awards show that our RMM and PSA offerings are valued by the market, demonstrate our commitment to SMBs and the IT channel, and underscore our focus on the success of our growing customer base of more than 20,000 MSPs worldwide. We sincerely thank all of those who voted for us, as well as the ChannelPro SMB staff.”
The multiple-choice survey was fielded during the first quarter of 2017 and drew participation from more than 500 channel VARs, MSPs, integrators, system builders, and IT consultants. Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners are named in each category.
“We are gratified that such a large number of readers participated in our survey, underscoring their commitment to, and understanding of, the SMB market and the vendors, distributors, and professional associations with whom they partner,” says Michael Siggins, publisher of ChannelPro SMB. “The results are a true snapshot of the top IT product and service providers in today’s SMB channel.”
