With the HBO comedy show doing so well, “Silicon Valley” Season 6 was an expected eventuality. However, since the last season of the series wrapped up, there has been almost nothing coming out of the network with regards to the next one. As such, publications and fans were left to make their own speculations with regards to the possible air date and story of “Silicon Valley” Season 6.
As Otaku Art reports, the previous season of the show ended back on May 13, 2018, so it’s only natural that no news of a premiere date for “Silicon Valley” Season 6 would be coming out. However, HBO has been incredibly tight-lipped about the show’s other details. There has been nothing coming out of the doors of the network, even though the season might already be in production right now.
Then again, there have been some hints that “Silicon Valley” Season 6 might be the last one of the series coming from the show’s co-creator, Mike Judge. So it would make sense if the people behind it would want to keep everything hushed up. “Game of Thrones” is getting the same treatment, with the final season’s plot and production details being closely guarded.
Among the last periods of speculation reporting include the one by Den of Geek, which theorized that “Silicon Valley” Season 6 might be returning in April 2019. It has also been largely accepted that the show’s remaining cast will be returning for the potential last season. Whether or not T.J. Miller will reprise his role as Erlich Bachman is up in the air, though this might be unlikely due to the actor’s personal issues.
In any case, the plot details for “Silicon Valley” Season 6 have not been revealed either through official or unofficial sources. However, it will likely involve the same hijinks, as reflected in the real-world counterpart of the show’s setting.
