“Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 6 is coming really soon after Adult Swim finally gave an update about the second half of the fourth season. Fans are getting frustrated for the studio’s silence when everyone was already demanding for the animation’s next episodes.
They have called out the series’ creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland but no one is talking as well. The fan’s frustrations are actually understandable because it has been four months since the last episode of the first part was released.
Airdate, episode titles and synopsis
Adult Swim finally announced the airdate of by releasing a video teaser late last month. The studio confirmed that “Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 6 will return on May 3 at 11:30 p.m. ET.
After announcing the airdate, the titles of the next five episodes were revealed on April 14 and they all sound like sci-fi stories as suggested in the trailer. In any case, as posted on the show’s social media page, “Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 6 is titled “Never Ricking Morty” while the next ones are: “Promortyus” (Get off my face broh), “Star Mort Rickturn of the Jerri” (Parenting is crazy broh. Stuff straight disappearing in this one.), “Childrick of Mort” (Miracle of life broh. Whole family in this one broh.) and “The vat of acid episode” (The one with the acid vat, broh).
Spoilers - The trailer and what it suggests
The trailer “Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 6 looks really interesting as it showed many action scenes. However, it is not certain if those sequences are actually related or taken from just one episode. Rick and Morty could be seen fighting with aliens and one thing to note is that other scenes also appeared to be spoofs of some popular movies like “Star Wars,” “Children of Men and “Promentheus.”
Finally, “Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 6 will also show the return of some characters from previous episodes like Snowball, the Smith’s family’s dog and Summer’s high school friend, Tammy. Fans will be treated to another series of crazy episodes as the grandpa and grandson duo explore the intergalactic space and meet many interesting characters from the futuristic place.
