“Haikyuu” chapter 391 is anticipated but sadly fans will not be able to see it this week and the next week after that. This is due to health concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
Manga series’ hiatus announcement
Shonen Jump announced that Shueisha’s office would be shut down for two weeks because one of their employees was suspected of having contracted the coronavirus infection. It was added that it is also possible for the break to be extended if they deemed necessary and this could mean longer hiatus for “Haikyuu” chapter 391.
“As of April 8, 2020, a member of the Weekly Shonen Jump editorial department in their 40s is suspected of having contracted the novel coronavirus,” the official statement from Weekly Shonen Jump reads. “This person has not attended work since they first developed a fever on April 2.”
The publication further stated that as of April 6, they had implemented a work-at-home company-wide policy to prevent the spread of COVID-19. They also explained that the main purpose of temporarily suspending the entire Weekly Shonen Jump editorial department’s operations is to protect everyone from the highly contagious disease.
Spoilers - What to expect
When the office returns, “Haikyuu” chapter 391 will be published and it will continue with the third set of the game between the MSBY Jackals and Schweiden Adlers. It can be recalled that in “Haikyuu” chapter 390 titled “The Greatest Contender Part 2,” the latter team won in the second set by scoring 25-21 so a third set was in place.
The team attributed their win to Kageyama’s clean serves and setting. The continuous serve scores brought the team to victory and this surely Hinata is upset. The last chapter ended with Jackal’s Miya going for the fourth serve in the third game.
"Haikyuu" chapter 391 has begun and it will declare the final winner in the game. The Adlers scored first with two points with Romero and Hoshiumi also exhibiting their great skills in receiving serves.
“Haikyu” chapter 391 will be back on April 27.
