‘Rick and Morty’ Season 4 Air Date, Spoilers: Premiere Predictions, Theories & Other Details We Know So Far

“Rick and Mary” season 4 was thought to premiere on Christmas Day and there were articles about it. However, it proved that the speculations were false since the most festive time of the years has gone by and the favorite adult animation is still not around.

Actually, it can be said that “Rick and Morty” season 4 is already delayed since the last episode of season 3 aired for more than a year already. And while the fourth installment has been renewed many months ago, series creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon were apparently slow to work on its production. Thus, the new episodes are still not available until now.

“Rick and Morty” season 4 has been renewed and Adult Swim was ordered to create 70 episodes. However, this number is not for just one season but it will be divided for the next seasons beyond the fourth. Now, if Adult Swim only produces 10 to 12 episodes per season then it means that there would be at least four to five more episodes after season 4.

Now, if the Christmas air date of “Rick and Morty” season 4 is false, what is the real premiere date? Based on the theories, it may come in July 2019 or most probably at any time now. This is because Adult Swim does not really give warnings when it is planning to release the comedy animation.

It can be recalled that season 3 was released without an announcement in April 2017 and fans were just shocked. Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon chose April Fool’s Day as the best date to air the show and they did - with a bang!

But one thing is sure when it comes to “Rick and Morty” season 4, it may take more months since the series’ music producer already said before that fans have to wait for “a really long time” and no time-frame has been mentioned. Lastly, when “Rick and Morty” season 4 returns, all of the cast members led by Justin Roiland are expected to be back to reprise their characters.
