Pokeworks Reintroduces the Volcano Bowl, Offering Customizable Spice Levels and a Chance to Win Prizes
Over the past few years, consumers have become increasingly health-conscious, often seeking meals that benefit their well-being. Many are looking for convenient meal plans or filling yet healthy options that align with their lifestyle. According to Fast Food Club, Pokeworks has responded to this demand by returning its fan-favorite bowl, which is set to be even better.
Pokeworks is reintroducing its Volcano Bowl, initially launched in 2019. This fiery dish quickly became a customer favorite, featuring Pokeworks’ signature Poke drizzled with their distinctive Lava Sauce. The appeal of the Lava Sauce lies in its unique blend of ghost pepper, sriracha, and a Thai chili topper, delivering a heat that captivated fans.
True to their "Poke Your Way" philosophy, Pokeworks offers the Volcano Bowl in multiple formats—burrito, bowl, or salad—with three spice levels: mild, medium, and Lava. Whether a fan of spicy foods or new to the spice experience, customers can find a Volcano Bowl that suits their taste.
Mike Wu, Co-Founder and Head of Culinary Works at Pokeworks, emphasized that their commitment to their guests inspired their decision to bring back the Volcano Bowl. For Pokeworks, this dish represents more than just a meal; its flavors have introduced many guests to their new favorite bowl.
Adding to the excitement, Pokeworks has announced a special giveaway in collaboration with Reyn Spooner, an American brand known for its Hawaiian shirts. On August 9, fans can participate in an exclusive Instagram giveaway (@pokeworksco) to win a premium Reyn Spooner shirt and a $25 Pokeworks gift card. Three winners will be announced on August 16, 2024.

Inspired by Hawaiian Traditions, Pokeworks Expands Its Menu with Three New Poke Bowls in NYC
Pokeworks was inspired by numerous trips to Hawaii, where Poke Bowls are a popular dish. This inspiration led to the introduction of Poke Bowls in Manhattan, New York, and has since expanded to share the flavorsof Hawaii with a broader audience.
Poke Bowls contain marinated raw seafood mixed with vegetables and various sauces for those unfamiliar. Compared to sushi but without seaweed wraps, Poke Bowls have become a staple on Pokeworks’ menu, and the brand remains dedicated to serving them fresh daily. Recently, Pokeworks introduced three new Poke Bowls to its menu.
-
Spicy Ponzu Albacore Bowl - For those who enjoy a spicy kick, the Spicy Ponzu Albacore Bowl features Spicy Ponzu Albacore Tuna as the main ingredient, accompanied by classic Poke toppings like onion, cucumber, mango, green onions, and sesame seeds.
