“Pinnacle needed a dynamic leader to assist with our growing West Florida operations and we unmistakably found that in Joe,” said Bales. “He is an excellent communicator with an impeccable work ethic who will elevate this portfolio to a new level. I think our clients and team members will be very pleased with Joe at the helm.”
Springsteen comes to Pinnacle from Cortland Partners, where he was responsible for more than 7,000 units as the director of operations for the State of Florida. Prior, he was immersed in the Florida and Chicago markets as a vice president for ZRS Management.
In his new role, Springsteen will draw on over 14 years of multifamily experience to lead his regional and onsite team members, ensure the operational integrity of his portfolio and collaborate with clients on performance objectives. All those involved will benefit from his ability to accelerate property growth while improving profitability and owner satisfaction. He is a dynamic, high-energy executive with a track record for success.
Springsteen’s background includes hands-on experience with new construction lease-ups and major renovation projects in the Tampa Bay, Orlando and southern Florida markets.
Prior to his real estate career, he was a corporate mergers and acquisitions attorney for General Mills in Minneapolis and the Sutherland firm in Atlanta.
