Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have made their first appearance as a wedded couple at the G'Day USA gala in Los Angeles last Saturday. The pair were all smiles and glowing with marital bliss throughout the gathering, with the “Wrecking Ball” singer photographed ogling her handsome beau at one point.
During the event, Liam Hemsworth was awarded excellence in film. He thanked Miley Cyrus when he received his acceptance speech, calling his wife a “sweet, sweet angel.” As a response, the pop sensation shouted “more about me,” to which the actor replied “Yeah, I’ll tell you later,” People reported.
When asked about the hassle of preparing for the nuptials, Liam Hemsworth revealed that it wasn’t all that difficult to organize the gathering. "It wasn’t hard — we have a small group of friends. It was mainly immediate family, a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing. I am very happy to be where I am,” the actor told Extra. It can be recalled that Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus finally tie the knot last month after dating on and off for nearly 10 years.
While the union went swimmingly for everyone involved, a rumor circulated that Billy Ray Cyrus rained down on the event. According to the In Touch magazine, Miley Cyrus’ father didn’t approve that his daughter ended with Liam Hemsworth.
However, the passing of time has proven that this isn’t the case and that the outlet fabricated the whole narrative. Judging by the photos seen on the country’s singer’s Instagram account, the couple and everyone in attendance appeared to had a wonderful time. As for the new life of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, the actor said that their routine didn’t change all that much.
“The Last Song” alum added that being together for the better part of a decade made it easier to transition to married life. Right now, fans of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are waiting for their first born to arrive. But given that both stars aren’t too keen to start a family from now, fans shouldn’t expect a little tot coming anytime soon.
