‘Lucifer’ season 2’s episode 11, titled "Stewardess Interruptus,” is set to feature Lucifer’s former lovers being killed off and he is forced to investigate to look for a connection. Meanwhile, Charlotte continues to manipulate Chloe and her son Luficer’s relationship for her own gain.
The synopsis for “Stewardess Interruptus” posted on TV Guide reads, “Tensions between Lucifer (Tom Ellis) and Chloe (Lauren German) intensify after they have an interrupted "moment," and impact the investigation of two murders, the victims being former flames of Lucifer's. Meanwhile, Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) tries manipulating Chloe and Lucifer's budding romance.”
It seems that someone is killing off Lucifer’s former lovers. This leads Lucifer to interview his recent paramours to find a connection between all of them that may lead to the actual killer.
Meanwhile, Lucifer’s own relationship with Chloe gets even more strained after they have an interrupted moment. This makes it difficult for the two to focus on their investigations of recent murders.
Unfortunately for Lucifer and Chloe, Lucifer’s mother Charlotte won’t make things as she attempts to manipulate their budding romance to her own advantage. According to International Business Times, Mom has been attempting to bring her son “home” with her but has failed so far.
The promo for the incoming episode opens to Charlotte telling her son, “There’s something important we need to discuss.” Lucifer looks at her in suspicion asking, “What have you done this time?”
In the next scene, Charlotte tells Maze about how God created Chloe as a “miracle” baby in disgust. She then engages Chloe in a conversation telling her straight how her son is different around her.
Meanwhile, Amenadiel confronts Charlotte saying, “Manipulating Lucifer and Chloe toward each other for our own gain… are we no better than Father?” Charlotte retorts that God started everything anyway. By the end of the promo, Chloe is revealed to be bleeding and that it won’t stop.
‘Lucifer’ season 2’s episode 11, titled "Stewardess Interruptus," is scheduled to air on Fox on January 16, 2017. It was directed by Greg Beeman and written by Sheri Elwood. It will be followed by episode 12, titled "Love Handles," directed by Karen Gaviola.
