“Lost in Space” season 2 is finally returning, and as its premiere draws near, Netlfix has been releasing teasers and more. The latest update is the Robinson family’s individual photos, and it includes the Robot too.
As posted by the streaming giant on Nov. 25, it published the official photos of “Lost in Space” season 2 to celebrate the installment’s premiere, which is just a month away. All the members of the family are in their spacesuits, and it seems that they are ready to deal with whatever is waiting for them out there, on the planet unknown to them.
Season 2’s official synopsis
As per the press release that was published on Netflix’s media center, “Lost in Space,” season 2’s synopsis reads: “There are more danger and adventure ahead for the Robinson family! With the Jupiter 2 stranded on a mysterious ocean planet without their beloved Robot, the Robinsons must work together to make it back to the Resolute and reunite with the other colonists.”
It was mentioned that the family would be working alongside Dr. Smith and Don West, but even with them on the side, they encountered many challenges that they never thought they would have to deal with. This is because they will face new threats while searching for Robot that disappeared in season 1. The also discovered many things along the way as they try to figure out how they can safely get to Alpha Centauri.
The danger the Robinson’s family is facing in the new installment
With the Robot gone in “Lost in Space” season 2, John, Maureen, Judy, Penny, and Will have to go around the new planet without help from someone who is familiar with the place. They must also fight the enemies lurking by themselves, and it is a big task to stay safe and alive without Robot’s help.
The family must rely on each other alone, and they must fight their foes with the only weapons they have. It is to be seen how they will get past the crisis and get out alive from the land they barely know.
“Lost in Space” season 2 is finally coming this Dec. 24 on Netflix.
