Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus’ divorce just became official this week. This means the two are back to being single after the court finally sealed their divorce papers after settlement.
Divorce finalized
Entertainment Tonight reported that, based on the court documents, the ex-couple’s divorce process was over in a short time, and this was because there was no problem with their settlement. Liam and Miley are said to have signed a prenup, and this made the division of their properties really easy and issue-free.
Moreover, the couple has no children to fight over with, and neither of them has sought spousal support. As for the reason for their split, irreconcilable differences were cited in the documents.
Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus announced their breakup in August last year. It was a disappointing announcement as they were only married for eight months at that time. The news of their split surfaced after the former “Hannah Montana” star was spotted passionately kissing Kaitlynn Carter during their Italian trip.

Not long after their separation and her breakup with Carter, Miley started dating Cody Simpson. On the other hand, Liam was confirmed to be dating Australian model Gabriella Brooks, and he seems to be serious as the actor already introduced her to his parents, The Daily Mail reported.

Brooks is a model, and she is 21 years old, so she and Liam have an 8-year age gap. She studied history and archaeology at Sydney University, but it is not known if she was able to finish her studies. She was scouted and started modeling at the age of 14.
