LG Electronics introduces DUOBO, its groundbreaking capsule coffee machine developed by LG Labs, blending innovation with a nod to space exploration. It offers a two-shot layered blending system, precise brewing controls via a mobile app, and compatibility with various coffee capsule brands.
DUOBO features a dual-capsule extraction system that enables users to create unique blends with two-shot layered blending. The DUOBO mobile app offers precise control over temperature and pressure, allowing users to tailor their coffee brewing experience to their preferences. Compatible with coffee capsules from various brands, DUOBO provides a wide range of strengths, roasts, and flavors, empowering users to match, blend, and customize their coffee.
Inspired by the wonders of space exploration, DUOBO showcases a sleek and elegant appearance reminiscent of a space probe. This design embodies LG's vision for discovering new and intriguing flavors, including the concept of a "taste of space." In a tribute to history, DUOBO was launched on July 20, commemorating the momentous occasion of Apollo 11's first moon landing in 1969.
One of DUOBO's standout features is its integrated full HD IPS display, positioned where coffee cups are placed during extraction. This display adds an extra layer of enjoyment, providing users access to engaging content, including exclusive animations and coffee-related information. The result is a truly immersive coffee brewing experience that is delightful and informative.
To highlight DUOBO's remarkable features, LG Labs collaborated with six of the world's top baristas, including previous winners of the prestigious US Barista Championships. During an event held at The Lost Draft café in New York's fashionable Soho district, captivated audiences witnessed the skilled baristas showcasing the ease of using DUOBO. They created delightful blends and discussed the unique benefits of LG's dual-capsule system.
For coffee lovers and early adopters, DUOBO by LG Labs is now available for crowdfunding on Kickstarter. With the limited Super Early Bird deal, enthusiasts can save 50 percent exclusively on Kickstarter and be among the first to experience the extraordinary DUOBO.
