Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have never left the will-they-won't-they rumor mill ever since the couple split up back in 2013. Rumors of the former couple being jealous of each other's post-relationship partners have become standard fare surrounding the young stars.
Fans and the gossip industry did not even hit a speed bump when Robert Pattinson's engagement with FKA Twigs was called off back in late 2017. The desire from fans to see R-Patz and K-Stew become a couple again has led to speculation that the former “Twilight” stars have somehow buried the hatchet and might be getting back together again.
Such hopes were dashed when Robert Pattinson was spotted with Suki Waterhouse in London, reportedly enjoying a night of watching “Mama Mia! Here We Go Again” at Notting Hill's Electric Cinema. Claims that Kristen Stewart was jealous of the happy pair proliferated like wildfire after the sighting was made public by the paparazzi.
Fortunately, such claims were easily put to rest by public evidence that Kristen Stewart and Kiwi Victoria's Secret model Stella Maxwell are having a pretty good time together. The couple even celebrated Kristen Stewart's casting in Elizabeth Banks' upcoming remake of “Charlie's Angels” around the same time that news about Pattinson dating Waterhouse came out.
It seems that fans and the gossip industry have given up hope that the former couple will be linked romantically and have replaced prior speculations with hopes that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will be working together professionally. While both Pattinson and Stewart are booked with multiple projects that fans of the stars can be excited about, none of the upcoming projects involve Pattinson and Stewart working together.
Fans of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart can look forward to the actors' future projects. Pattinson will be The Dauphin in Joel Edgerton and David Michod's upcoming Shakespearean adaptation, “The King.” Aside from “Charlie's Angels,” Kristen Stewart will be playing the role of actress Jean Seberg in the based-on-a-true-story political thriller “Against All Enemies.”
