Krispy Kreme is celebrating the 2024 Paris Olympics with a special "Passport to Paris" doughnut collection featuring three new flavors inspired by Parisian delicacies. The limited-edition treats, available for purchase starting July 16, offer a unique way to savor the Olympic spirit.

The 2024 Paris Olympics will commence on July 26, with a convoluted Opening Ceremony that will involve all 10,500 athletes sailing down the River Seine in a nearly four-mile parade.
However, Krispy Kreme has an exclusive treat for you if you wish to commence your Olympics celebrations early. Introducing the limited-edition "Passport to Paris" doughnut collection. On July 16, the North Carolina-based chain unveiled three new doughnuts, a rare and unique offering inspired by the delicacies that Parisians enjoy.
The "Passport to Paris" collection offers a delightful variety of flavors. The three limited-edition doughnuts are as follows: a Créme Brûlée Doughnut, a Double Chocolate Eclair Doughnut, and a Raspberry and Vanilla Créme Doughnut. Each one is a unique and exciting taste experience.
Krispy Kreme has also introduced a new Créme Brûlée Latte, crowned with caramelized sugar crunch and whipped cream, per the theme. The cocktail, available for a limited time, can be ordered hot, iced, or frozen, according to Food & Wine.
“Most people can’t be in Paris to cheer on their country’s team,” Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme’s global chief brand officer, said in a statement. “So, we’re giving you a ‘Passport to Paris’ in the form of delicious doughnuts with Parisian dessert flavors.”
Krispy Kreme stores, the Krispy Kreme app, and the Krispy Kreme website will offer the new collection for purchase, either for pickup or delivery. Certain supermarkets and other retailers will also provide six-packs of the novel doughnuts.

Last December, Krispy Kreme inaugurated its inaugural doughnut establishment in Paris, and Parisians appeared to welcome the sugary American arrival warmly. As the New York Times reported, dozens of doughnut enthusiasts camped overnight to be the first to sample the new delights.
“Doughnuts are little known in France compared to croissants and pain au chocolat,” Alexandre Maizoué, Krispy Kreme France’s director general, told the outlet. “This is all about American pop culture,” he said, adding that the doughnuts were famous among “Generation Netflix.”
As of this writing, Krispy Kreme has six locations in France, with additional locations expected to open this year. That's advantageous for any member of Team USA who may require a taste of home during the Games.
