Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are married for almost 14 years now and through the years, they are one of those couples who were constantly on the news for divorce rumors. None of the reports were proven true and this time the story has changed. It was reported that the country singer warned Hugh Grant to stay away from his wife.
Nicole and Grant are starring together in HBO’s new series called “The Undoing” and on March 10, the actress posted a photo of them together on Instagram. She was hugging her co-star in the picture it was captioned “Not a bad way to spend a Monday.”
Why Keith is upset
Now, Woman’s Day reported that Nicole Kidman’s update on her Instagram upset Keith. The magazine wrote that the country singer is fuming mad and so jealous after seeing the picture.
“She gave him no warning she was posting this picture, and he feels like it makes him look like a fool,” the tipster allegedly told the magazine. “He was super annoyed and obviously jealous.”
The source further said that the couple’s relationship is shaky and their marriage has been in trouble for a long time already. It was said that the main reason for their marital issues was their work schedules for they are both very busy with their respective projects.
“She’s not getting a lot of attention from Keith lately, so she’s finding it elsewhere,” the source said. “Nicole and Hugh have amazing chemistry and she obviously loves the banter they have together.”
Moreover, Keith Urban was said to have visited the set of “The Undoing” last year and it was supposed to be an unexpected visit so everyone were surprised especially Nicole. The singer supposedly witnessed how close Hugh Grant and his wife are so he has a real issue with his wife over her friendship with the actor.
What’s more, New Idea also reported that before “The Undoing,” Keith and Nicole have the most stable relationships in Hollywood but with the latter’s growing friendship with her newest leading man, the marriage is falling apart. Thus, the singer allegedly made sure that Hugh is aware of what is happening so he warned him to “back off.”

Gossip Cop can confirm that this story is false. It reached out to Nicole Kidman’s camp and through her representative, they dismissed the rumor by saying there is no truth in the write-up. Also, it should be noted that just yesterday, the actress uploaded a photo of herself as her husband performs in the background. She also invited people to watch him live through social media since his concerts have been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
