Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx's private relationship has had Hollywood's gossip machine baffled ever since the couple started going out under the radar back in 2013. This makes Holmes and Foxx a prime target for some of the rumor mill's juiciest stories.
Recently, a story has been spreading about Jamie Foxx refusing to marry Katie Holmes without the couple signing a prenuptial agreement. A prenuptial agreement is the grapevine's way of starting a conversion about a celebrity couple that accuses their love and relationship to be not real.
Gossip Cop debunks this story by pointing out that Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have not been planning a wedding to begin with. Much like how an engagement can't be canceled if there is no engagement to begin with, a conflict over a prenuptial agreement seems impossible if Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have no wedding plans to start with. For fans who do want to see an honest glimpse of Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes' relationship, there is no need to look further than the past couple of weeks.
Katie Holmes has been particularly supportive of Jamie Foxx while he is in Georgia for work shooting his upcoming film “Just Mercy.” According to People, Foxx was spotted helping Katie Holmes out of their car in a gentlemanly manner before the couple proceeded to grab some bikes and enjoy the afternoon riding around. ET was also able to capture a moment between Foxx and Holmes as the couple cuddled in the passenger seat before proceeding to test out their new bike purchases.
While there is no doubt that Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have been going out together and are in a relationship, stories which assume too much about their current relationship status should probably just wait until the couple gets comfortable talking about their love lives to the public.
