Jungkook, the youngest BTS member is on the headlines again for something he did during a concert. The boy group is currently in the middle of their “Love Yourself, Speak Yourself” World Tour and on Saturday, they performed at Stade de France in Paris.
The June 8 show was the second in their 2-night concert schedule in the region and the supposed great night for everyone turned disappointing when some fans criticized their co-ARMYs for being unruly during the concert. The incident involved Jungkook who went down from the stage after spotting a disabled fan.
Apparently, Jungkook wants to greet the girl in the wheelchair so he jumped over the barrier to get closer to her. However, the moment, he went over and reached her, the fans swarmed around him and the BTS member and the disabled fan got pushed as per Allkpop.
Some fans were furious at how the ARMYs acted because they were inconsiderate. Jungkook clearly pointed to the girl in the wheelchair so everyone knows he jumped over to greet her but the fans stopped him from doing so. In the end, the security guards had to get to him so he can get back to the stage and avoid harming the girl.
In the video clip shared by a fan name Maria, she called out the fans and asked them to back down and give Jungkook some space. Her video of the incident already garnered more than 2.7 million views and many ARMYs agreed that some Parisian fans exhibited unacceptable behaviors that put the girl and Jungkook’s safety in jeopardy. There were even BTS fans who commented that they felt ashamed at how their co-ARMYs acted at the concert while others described them as “disgusting” and “rude.”
Meanwhile, Halsey made a surprise appearance at the BTS Paris concert. The America singer performed with Jungkook and the rest of the group - belting out their collaboration single “Boy With Luv.”
