“Yuji engages in a back-and-forth battle with Mahito, but struggles against Mahito’s strategy of using civilians. At the same time, Kugisaki Nobara returns to the battlefield, overcoming Nitta’s protests, and encounters the alter ego of Mahito. She is wary of his techniques, but she fights back against Mahito who is planning to kill her and break Yuji’s soul.”

Scheduled to air on November 30, 2023, at 12 AM JST on TBS and MBS in Japan, the episode is expected to adapt Chapters 123 to 124 of Gege Akutami's manga. The international release on Crunchyroll and other streaming platforms will premiere on December 1, 2023, at 6 PM JST.
