Many celebrities are likely already aware of the dangers that some of their most obsessed fans can pose, especially when that obsession is coupled with a case of mental illness. This is a similar situation that “John Wick 3” will place the titular character in where his biggest fan will actually be the main bad guy. This character’s name will be Zero and he will be played by Mark Dacascos. Anyone who has watched one of his movies will know that this actor can fight.
Speaking to Empire, Mark Dacascos commented on his new role in “John Wick 3” and what Zero will be bringing to the table. As it turns out, the character actually has a deep admiration and respect for Baba Yaga, and this makes sense. After all, John Wick is essentially the epitome of a professional hitman and those in the same profession would likely view him as an example worth following.
“He’s a huge John Wick fan, so you’ll see an essence of, ‘I have to kill you, but you know if I didn’t have to do that, we’d be besties!’” the actor told the publication.
Somehow, this would be easy to picture considering that John’s closest friends appear to be a mechanic and a top-ranking official in the world of assassins. Coming back to what Zero’s role in “John Wick 3” will be, though, he will be gunning for the elite hitman just like everyone else. After all, $14 million is a lot of money to be dangling in front of folks who literally kill targets for money as a profession.
For those who simply can’t wait to see what “John Wick 3” will be about, May 14 is the date to mark on the calendar. This is going to be worth all the hype if the first two movies about Baba Yaga are anything to go by.
