Thanks to the $14 million bounty that was recently placed on the head of Keanu Reeves’ hitman character John Wick, there will be a lot of colorful characters going after him. These interesting additions will be responsible for making the action flick more memorable and they will be targets worth eliminating. Actor Robin Lord Taylor of “Gotham” fame will be one such character in “John Wick 3.”
As CinemaBlend reports, Robin Lord Taylor will play the role of The Administrator in the upcoming film. Quite unlike his persona in the “Batman” prequel TV series, the actor noted that his character in “John Wick 3” will be quite different. Fans can only hope so since it would be quite irritating to have a Penguin in the movie.
“I took the character in a physical dimension that was different for me so I’m very excited for people to see it. It’s very iconic,” the actor recently said.
The Administrator is just one of the many new faces who fans will see in “John Wick 3,” though, and it would appear that he won’t be playing such a big role. The rest will be personalities with plenty to offer in spicing up the film and giving the titular hitman great targets to aim for. Fans might be treated to these characters with the new trailer that is about to be unveiled.
Among what fans can expect from “John Wick 3,” aside from a ton of killing, is the further expansion of the world that the films are based on. The mythology in the movies has been one of the biggest sources of interest for the fans since the beginning. The first film offered a taste of this and the second provided a clearer picture. The third film will likely provide better context as to how such a world can operate.
