One of the biggest challenges that celebrities often have to contend with is the constant hounding of the tabloid media, which often involves false rumors. In the case of the Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux split, many publications have been trying to paint self-serving pictures of the “Friends” star’s current condition. Despite the rumors, however, Jennifer Aniston says that she is not heartbroken and has been mocking the tabloid media that’s been saying that she is.
In a recent interview with InStyle, the TV and movie star talked about a lot of things regarding her personal life, which the tabloid media has been having a feeding frenzy with lately. Everything from her supposed engagement/marriage with Brad Pit, to her reported revenge body, have been reported. As she pointed out, many of the articles about the Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux split are untrue.
“For the most part I can sit back and laugh at the ridiculous headlines because they have gotten more and more absurd. I guess they’re feeding into some sort of need the public has, but I focus on my work, my friends, my animals, and how we can make the world a better place. That other stuff is junk food that needs to go back in its drawer,” the actress said about the tabloid reports.
The “Horrible Bosses” star also pointed out that she was not heartbroken, contrary to what many of the reports about the Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux divorce indicate. She did hint, however, that there may have been “medical” issues involved.
As Us Magazine notes, it was six months ago that the Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux split was announced. Jennifer Aniston mused about how women are expected to become mothers, as well, with those being unable to bear children becoming labeled as damaged. The actress stressed that perhaps she’s not here to procreate but rather, to do other things.
