COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 13, 2017 -- Insurance Technologies, LLC, a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries, announced the integration between FireLight® and Whitepages Pro. The addition of Whitepages Pro as a FireLight base platform integration expands the suppleness for FireLight to support its clients' multiple sales channels, workflows and processes. The FireLight and Whitepages Pro integration offers client name, address, and phone number pre-fill proficiencies.
The base integration between FireLight and Whitepages Pro enables carriers and distributors to offer additional ways to quickly and easily pre-fill client related information into FireLight applications. Using the client’s phone number, advisors can quickly do a reverse phone number lookup within FireLight to pre-fill address information directly into FireLight applications, simplifying and expediting the data completion process.
“What makes this integration so exciting is how it significantly speeds up the data entry for an application. Creating a faster, easier order submission process for the agent is a win for all,” said Katherine Dease, vice president of product management, Insurance Technologies. “Agents like the ability to quickly auto-fill client name, address and phone number and the back office enjoys this integration because the data is pulled from the Whitepages Identity Graph™, which has a high degree of accuracy; thus, eliminating errors.”
“Whitepages Pro is very proud to partner with FireLight,” said Whitepages Pro VP of Global Marketing, Tom Donlea. He continued, “Integrations like this readily provide our robust products to FireLight customers. Ultimately, Whitepages Pro provides FireLight users an additional way to quickly and accurately look up customer information and help avoid risky transactions.”
FireLight clients can explore additional Whitepages Pro integration options for identity verification and fraud risk analysis. With the additional integration, data entered into FireLight could be leveraged to obtain an Identity Check Confidence Score from Whitepages Pro Identity Check for a heightened client identity verification and review process.
