Impossible Foods has entered the fast-food business by opening its own plant-based restaurants. The company is known for its vegan meat alternatives and it has been supplying its products to popular fast-food brands, retail stores, and supermarkets in and outside of the United States.

Impossible Foods has expanded and it is now serving its own vegan products to customers through its own fast-food outlets in the U.S. Currently, the locations are delivery-only and there are four locations in Arizona. As per the AZCentral, the Impossible Shop is operating in Dog Haus restaurants in AZ cities including Phoenix, Yuma, Tempe, and Gilbert.

The Impossible Shop is the brand’s very first restaurant concept and it will be serving various plant-based food range such as chicken nuggets, burgers, sausages, and other vegan alternative meat options. These products are mainly made from soy protein to imitate the texture and flavor of real meat.

Customers can purchase breakfast burritos, Pat-B Melt burgers, quarter-pound burgers, and other great-tasting food items at The Impossible Shop. Sides include chili cheese fries smothered in Impossible Chili and plant-based cheese sauce with chipotle crema and scallions.

These can be ordered and delivered to homes and offices. The menu is also available via leading food delivery platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, and Postmates.

Aside from Arizona, Mercury News reported that The Impossible Shop was also launched in Dog Haus kitchens in California in the cities of San Francisco, Oakland and Fremont. It was reported that almost 40 Dog Haus restaurants including those in Southern California are turning into Impossible Food Shops this week.

All the food items at the new Impossible Foods restaurants were developed by chef Michael Melton, the company’s head of culinary operations. With the collaboration, the Dog Haus restaurants have become the first in the country to put plant-based products on the list of permanent menus.

Finally, the first six food items that will be available at the Impossible Food Shops are The Shop Burger, the Double Down Shop Burger, Impossible Pat-B Melt, Impossible Chicken Nuggets, Impossible Breakfast Sausage Burrito, and the french fries.
