‘Hawaii Five-O’ season 7’s episode 11, titled “Ka'ili Aku" or "Snatchback," is set to follow the team as they race to Mexico in attempts to pull off a daring rescue after Chin’s own niece gets kidnapped. The detective lieutenant must risk his life to save his own blood.

The brief synopsis for the season’s winter finale posted on Cartermatt reads, “Five-0 races to Mexico where Chin (Daniel Dae Kim) puts his life on the line to rescue his niece Sara from kidnappers.” It seems that the team will have to race against time to save Chin’s own family from a grim fate after being kidnapped. They must make their way to Mexico for the daring mission.

In the promo for episode 11, the new mission is set to rally the entire Five-O team together to help out their friend and colleague, who is resigned to put his life on the line for his niece. Chin is seen brainstorming a risky strategy to get Sara back to safety. He worriedly says, “We can’t even make the ransom.”

During an interview with TV Guide, showrunner Peter Lenkov stressed the relationship between Chin and Sara in the current season. Lenkov said, “It's become a big storyline for us, Chin's relationship with Sara. ... The story doesn't end, but the story takes a very interesting turn. It's for sure something that not only plays very big in the next batch of episodes, but is going to play through the end of the season as well.”

‘Hawaii Five-O’ season 7’s episode 11, titled “Ka'ili Aku" or "Snatchback," is scheduled to air on CBS on December 16, 2016. It was directed by Jennifer Lynch and written by Matt Wheeler. It will be followed by episode 12, titled "Ka 'Aelike" or "The Deal," scheduled for January 6, 2017.

The American police procedural series is a reboot of the original series, “Hawaii Five-O,” and premiered on CBS last September 2010.
