TAMPA, Fla., July 10, 2017 -- The board of directors of HCI Group, Inc. (NYSE:HCI), a holding company primarily engaged in providing homeowners insurance, with operations also in reinsurance, real estate and information technology, has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of 35 cents per common share for the third quarter of 2017.
The dividend will be paid September 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on the close of business August 18, 2017.
