PASO ROBLES, Calif., March 15, 2018 -- Via OTC PR Wire – Greenbelt Resources Corporation (OTC:GRCO) (Greenbelt), the developer of a sustainable ECOsystem model that transforms waste into revenue generating bioproducts, today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Biofuels and Energy, LLC (B&E), a New Mexico-based project development company. B&E plans to utilize Greenbelt’s proprietary ECOsystem model, which uses a patented membrane dehydration technology, to convert agricultural waste into various biobased products such as bioethanol and high protein animal feed.
“After extensive research, we found that Greenbelt’s technology is the best on the market for our bioethanol projects,” said Richard Mason with B&E. “Their ECOsystem model enables us to transform a myriad of local waste products without having to change or modify technologies, a unique benefit of Greenbelt’s technology, and this gives us endless opportunities. We look forward to working with the Greenbelt team.”
“We’re pleased that Greenbelt’s technology was selected by B&E as their technology of choice for their development projects,” said Greenbelt CEO Darren Eng. “We developed our ECOsystem model to fill a need – community scale projects – exactly the types of projects we’ll be working on with B&E. We look forward to a long and rewarding relationship.”
The first series of B&E projects utilizing Greenbelt technology will be located in Colorado, New Mexico and Pennsylvania.
