George Clooney and his wife, Amal Clooney, are the latest targets of rumors, with reports claiming that the two are going through a $1 billion divorce. Apparently, Amal is fed up with the “Ocean’s Eleven” actor putting his life in danger by riding his motorbike, Star reported (via Gossip Cop).
It can be recalled that two weeks ago, George Clooney was involved in an accident, where he was thrown from his bike and was launched 20 feet in the air after colliding with a car, which shattered his helmet. According to the magazine’s source, Amal is worried about George’s well-being and begged him to be responsible as a husband and a father.
But similar to most stories published by the tabloid, it failed to provide any proof that George Clooney and Amal Clooney are planning on getting a divorce. It’s also worth noting that the story didn’t mention what exactly Amal wants from her husband, only implying that she doesn’t want him riding his bike around.
Amal hasn’t even spoken against George Clooney riding a motorbike and has even taken trips with him on it, as proven by these photos. Amal also doesn’t blame his husband for the accident because it wasn’t his fault that he got hit by a car.
As can be seen in the video below, George Clooney was driving in the proper lane when the car tried to turn left, colliding with the actor who was reportedly going 60 mph. After hearing the news, Amal immediately went to his husband’s side and refused to leave him even though doctors confirmed that he didn’t get any serious injury, which is quite the miracle given the situation.
So the latest news about the two is pure gossip and nothing more. Amal and George Clooney are very much still taken with each other and aren’t even having major issues with their relationship, let alone going through a billion-dollar divorce.
