BTC/USD is struggling to break above 7-DMA and continues to hover around it at 901 levels at the time of writing (Bitstamp).
Ichimoku analysis of daily chart:
Tenkan Sen: 882.37
Kijun Sen: 945.61
Trend reversal: 817.47 (90 EMA)
On the upside, a consistent break above 904.99 (7-DMA) would target 937 (January 22 high). Further strength would see it the pair testing 953 (127.2% retracement of 937.74 and 881.48)/991 (61.8% retracement of 1139.89 and 751.34).
On the downside, the pair has taken support near 892 levels (Cloud top) and a break below would see it falling to 858.60 (55-EMA)/ 817.47 (90-EMA).
