New York, NY, May 09, 2017 -- Formativ Health, a management services organization, today announced that Michael Lovett has been named as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), responsible for all sales, business development, and client relations across the organization.
As CCO, Michael will drive growth by partnering with providers and health systems to successfully improve the patient experience and engagement, physician satisfaction and productivity, financial health, and the ability to adapt to evolving risk & quality-based payment models with tailored solutions. Michael’s industry insight will benefit clients by ensuring they receive comprehensive solutions for their unique challenges. He will also play a key role with existing customers to ensure they are well served through a close working relationship with the operational leaders of Formativ.

Michael joins Formativ from NextGen Healthcare where he served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the ambulatory division. In this role, he was responsible for all day-to-day operations, policies, procedures, and solutions to improve performance for clients, sales and business development efforts, and serving on the organization’s Executive Committee. Michael has over 25 years of experience in healthcare IT, sales, and operations, having held leadership positions in Sage Software Healthcare, Web MD Practice Services, The Medical Manager Corporation, and Lee Data Systems throughout his career.
