RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 31, 2018 -- The Board of Directors of First Citizens BancShares Inc. (Nasdaq:FCNCA) declared on Jan. 30, 2018, a quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share on the Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable April 2, 2018, to shareholders of record March 19, 2018.
