MONTERREY, Mexico, March 08, 2018 -- Deutsche Bank Mexico, S.A., Banking institution, Trust Division F/1616 or Fibra Inn (BMV:FINN13) (ADR OTC:DFBRY) (“Fibra Inn” or “the Company”), a Mexican real estate investment trust internally managed specializing in the hotel industry serving the business traveler, announced that the Company will execute a cash distribution from the Trust’s capital reimbursement, for the period of October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 through a payment, on March 15, 2018, totaling Ps. 110,004,885.50 (one hundred and ten million, four thousand, eight hundred and eighty-five pesos 50/100 Mexican pesos).
The following are the important dates for this distribution:

The total distribution per CBFI from the capital reimbursement is the following:

In accordance to current tax laws applicable to Fibra Inn, when the fiduciary delivers CBFI holders an amount greater than the taxable income for the period generated by the trustee assets, the difference shall be considered a capital reimbursement and will lower the proven acquisition cost of the certificates held by those receiving it. The capital reimbursement will not generate a tax withholding for Fibra Inn’s investors.
